The beautiful architecture and splendid weather makes for a fantastic trip for anyone.
Take a trip to Corralejo Natural Park
This natural park has it all: beautiful beaches on the coast, the best desert dunes in the Canary Islands, and a dramatic volcanic paradise. Fuerteventura is often praised for inland landscapes that look like they could be from another planet – red and ochre and rugged, like something from Mars. Hiking and biking across this landscape is an experience to treasure, but if you prefer laid-back enjoyment of the scenery…the Corralejo beaches are some of the finest in the Canaries.
Enjoy a day trip to Lobos Island
A short boat ride from the port of Corralejo, itself a fantastic place to visit, the volcanic island of Lobos guarantees tranquillity for all visitors. With crystal-clear ocean waters surrounding the gorgeous island landscape, this site is an utterly picturesque place to visit. The island is its own isolated Natural Park, with incredible flora and fauna both on land and below the waves. A perfect spot for snorkelling. Take a walk on the island trails around the crater, visit La Calera beach, or go to see the iconic Lobos Lighthouse.
